About Me
Hey there! I’m Dan Gray—founder of WorldClassCode and a detail-obsessed web developer with a lifelong passion for design, precision, and problem-solving.
Before I started building websites, I worked in industries where perfection mattered. From jet engine manufacturing and tool & die work to CNC machining, I was the guy fine-tuning programs until everything fit together flawlessly. That same mindset is what I bring to every website I create: clean, precise, and built with purpose.
My interest in design started early. As a kid in the 70s, I taught myself to draw in 3D just by studying parked vehicles and imagining how they looked from every angle. In fourth grade, my classmates were curious about the “extra lines” in my drawings—those were my first lessons in perspective. By seventh grade, I was acing Industrial Arts, driven by a passion for perfect work.
I studied at Southern Ohio College and have spent years honing my skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress. I use Bluehost for hosting, and Divi by Elegant Themes as my go-to site builder. My focus is on quality, SEO, and performance—because good code should not only work well, it should work wonders for your business.
At WorldClassCode, I help everyone from startups to large businesses (including e-commerce) bring their ideas to life online. I listen first, build second, and always aim to deliver more than expected.
When I’m not coding, you’ll find me playing guitar (been doing it by ear since I was 5), enjoying a strong cup of coffee, getting in a walk or workout, or playing a game of chess. I love Italian food, a good challenge, and helping people however I can.
Let’s build something amazing together.
